Service Description

The free consultation is a 20-minute Zoom call. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other a little and for you to share what’s going on in your family right now. You can ask any questions, talk through the challenges you’re facing, and explore whether one-to-one sessions with me feel like the right support for you. There’s no pressure — it’s simply a friendly conversation to see if it’s a good fit for you and your family.
